Launch Readiness Audit
An honest technical assessment before you put the product in front of customers. A fixed-price, one-week review that answers the questions you cannot answer yourself: what is solid, what is fragile, what is dangerous, what is missing, what to fix now, what can wait, and what the likely path and cost to launch looks like.
You get a written report in plain language and a call to walk through it. The advice is independent, and there is no obligation to continue with us. The report is yours either way.

To review your product we usually need read access to the code, a look at the running app, and a short conversation about what it is meant to do. Nothing else.
If your product is further gone than "nearly ready", the work has a different shape. Abandoned agency builds, developers who disappeared, unstable systems already in production, and legacy software nobody understands all need stabilising before anything else can happen.
